Flavored butters, cream cheeses ,and mayos add a nice surprise to sandwiches and wraps. Try cream cheese with chives and onions, garlic and herbs, or tomato and basil. Use a garlic butter or herbed butter on any cut of meat or experiment with different flavors to match the meat.

Bagel with sliced meat of choice, pesto, mayo, American cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato.





Lamb Sandwich


2 slices sourdough French bread


2 tsp butter


1 tbsp shredded apple


2 tbsp mango chutney


1 tbsp chopped toasted pecans


1/2 cup thinly sliced roasted lamb


1-2 tbsp crumbled Gorgonzola cheese


--butter one side of each slice of bread. Combine the shredded apple, chutney, and pecans in a small bowl. Spread 1/2 of the mixture onto the buttered side of each bread slice. Place lamb onto one side, top with cheese, and remaining bread slice. (Optional: grill for 3-4 minutes, until toasted). 1 sandwich





Bagel with 2 tbsp hummus, turkey, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and fresh spinach.





Ham and Cheese Sandwich


2 slices sourdough bread


2 tsp butter


1 tsp honey dijon mustard


sliced ham


Swiss cheese


green bell pepper


--Mix butter with mustard and spread onto one side of each slice of bread. Top the buttered side of one slice of bread with the ham, cheese, and bell pepper.

.,I don't know what you are looking for, because cold meat sandwiches can include anything from a slice of bologna between two pieces of bread, to a really elaborate pile of meat, cheese, lettuce, %26amp; assorted veges, the bread or deli roll, or whatever. You can also include mustard, mayo, horseradish, pickles, or whatever you like. I like corned beef on a bun with cheese, onions, and NO sauerkraut. I also love tuna melts. not exaclly a cold sandwich, but pretty close
