I have been asked to make a delectable potjiekos using game meat and tomatoes, potatoes, etc. Please if you have any suggestions on how to make it and what to put in it, please tell me. Also, please make sure that these methods have actually been tested... Preferably by yourself...Some suggestions for potjiekos recipes for game meat?
From my research potjiekos is game meat with starch (rice or potatoes) cooked in a pot.
This is how my zada cooks squirrel (and rabbit) - I've personally ate this %26amp; it's great!
He puts the meat in a crockpot and adds a can of cream of mushroom soup with pepper, %26amp; lets it cook all day.
That's it.
You can add veggies: carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, all to your taste.

Personally I like to take meat, add a packet or 2 of brown gravy, and some potatoes, onions, carrots %26amp; celery %26amp; let that cook all day.
Good luck!
