Grill the meat, using just salt and pepper. Eat smaller portions of it, like half a steak instead of a whole one. Combine red meat with plenty of veggies so you eat less of it.Has anybody got any recipes for a healthy red meat meal?
Red meat is bad for you...no matter how many veggies you cook it with! Better to use meat substitutes...Theres a vegetarian version of most meat items. Faux meat products are actually very tasty these days too (They now make eveything from fake steak%26amp;chicken strips, nuggets, ground beef, burgers, pepperoni, bacon, cold cuts...Name it and they probably make it!)
cook a small filet(least fat) on the grill. serve with steamed broccoli and steamed mushrooms both seasoned with cavendar's greek seasoning. strawberries with fat free or light cool whip.
try black beans n rice with steak, use 1 can seasoned black beans, chopped onion, and peppers, cook with white rice make steak to your liking and serve it up with a salad.
Well, consuming alot of red meat isn't healthy. I honesty don't think you'll find a healthy red meat meal. You should try eating more chicken(not fried) and fish. If you want a low fat beef meal you could probably find one in a Weight Watchers cookbook.
