If you go to Goyafoods.com they have a great empanada recipe. There may be one for pastelles too. It's hard to find good authentic recipe's like that online but all my family has ever used is goya products and their recipe's are awesome!! It's a little hard to find the Empanada recipe. I think it's under beef turn over. I'll post the link
