Make meatballs!
Try mixing the raw meat with moistened pieces of bread, a few eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic.
Roll them with your hands into balls and place under the broiler until browned.

Southwestern Skillet Bake
1 pound lean ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
1 cup Original Bisquick庐 mix
3 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400潞F. Cook beef in 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa and corn; heat over medium-high heat until hot.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, eggs and remaining cheese in medium bowl until blended. Spoon batter around edge of beef mixture, leaving center uncovered. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
3. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean.
Substitution
Use Green Giant庐 Mexicorn庐 whole kernel corn with red and green peppers instead of plain corn to add even more of a Southwest twist to this skillet bake.
Substitution
Don鈥檛 have Cheddar cheese? Use the same amount of another cheese you have on hand.

Hamburger Stroganoff
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Gold Medal庐 all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 cups hot cooked egg noodles
1. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from skillet.
2. Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Drain off grease. Stir in 1 cup of the broth, the salt and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth into flour; stir into beef mixture. Add onion mixture; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream; heat until hot (do not boil). Serve over noodles.
**********RANCH STYLE HAMBURGER BEAN PIE
3-4 (15 oz.) cans ';Ranch Style'; brand beans
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
Your favorite cornbread recipe for topping
Pour the beans into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Fry hamburger and onions until done, seasoning while cooking with salt and pepper. Drain. Mix together with beans in pan.
Make cornbread batter and spread over top of bean mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven until cornbread is done in the center. Great served with fried potatoes.
HAMBURGER HASH BROWN HOTDISH
8 oz. (approximately 4 c.) frozen shredded hash browns
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. frozen peas
1 c. milk
6 slices Velveeta cheese
3 oz. can French fried onions
Butter 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Cover bottom of pan with hash browns. Put browned hamburger and onion on top. Sprinkle peas over hamburger. Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk in bowl. Pour over above mixture. Place cheese on top and cover with foil. When done, sprinkle on fried onions and return to oven with the oven shut off for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
here's the simplest thing ever..
you need:
the ground beef
1 can of sloppy joe sauce
2 boxes of mac and cheese
brown the ground beef and add the sloppy joe sauce
while preparing the mac and cheese according to directions on the box. then mix the two together and bake in the oven with crushed Fritoes on top or leave the top plain.. it's YUM
Cheeseburger Pie
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 can corn niblets
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 can french fried onions (optional)
1 can cut green chiles, drained
GLAZE:
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tablespoon water
Brown beef, drain and remove from heat. Stir in catsup, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in drained corn and chiles.
On floured surface, unroll dough from 1 can of rolls. Press together perforations and roll dough to 12'; square. Press into pie plate and trim to 1 in. beyond edge of dish. Spoon meat mixture into dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Spread french fried onions on top. Pour two unbeaten eggs over top. Unroll remaining roll dough; press together perforations and roll out to an 11'; square. Place on top of pie; trim and pinch together with bottom dough layer. Combine glaze ingredients, and brush over surface.
Bake at 350潞F for 40 minutes or till browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
Tator Tot Bake
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (32 ounce) package tater tots
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onions. Drain excess fat, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Arrange tater tots evenly over beef layer. In a small bowl, stir the soup into the milk until smooth; pour over tater tot and beef layers. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
Shepard's Pie -
1 Lb. Ground meat
1 bag mixed veggie
2 jars of beef gravy
Mashed potatoes to cover the top.
Saute ground meat in pan. Drain and put into casserole dish. Mix with gravy and veggies. Cover top with mashed potatoes. Season top with seasoning salt or garlic salt. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until heated though. Enjoy.
I know of a awesome spanish dish made with ground beef called picadelia not sure of the spelling but it is close . it is wonderfull and you can look it up on any cooking website such as allrecipes,cooks.com ,etc . I am sure you will find it . good luck ./Makes:6 generous servings

1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) minced garlic
1 jalapeno minced
2 tbsp (30 ml) cumin
2 tbsp (30 ml) sweetened cocoa mix
2 tbsp (30 ml) oregano
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 28 oz (784 grm). can plum tomatoes, cut up
1 16 oz (448 grm). can pintos, rinsed and drained
2 cups (475 ml) corn
1 cup (225 ml) raisins
1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
1/2 cup (125 ml) pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup (125 ml) cilantro
warmed flour tortillas
Preparation
Cook ground beef until done. Drain.
Add onion, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, cocoa, oregano, salt, and cook 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, pintos, corn, raisins, red wind vinegar, and bring to full boil.
Cook ten minutes then add pumpkin seeds and cilantro.
Serve with warmed flour tortillas.
