Ground meat is very versitile, so your options are unlimited. Now making burgers is probably the easiest but I have an idea that is creative and yummy.

Stuffed Meat Loaf-

2 lbs of ground meat

1/2 lb bacon

1/2 lb ham

4 cloves of garlic

3 whole tomatoes

2 whole onions

5 tbs olive oil

2 tbs balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 lb of mozzorella cheese

1/3 lb of swiss cheese

1/3 lb of american cheese

1 can of beer

1 can of tomato paste

1/2 lb of bread crumbs

1 whole egg

In the bowl, place the meat then pour the can of beer, add the diced garlic cloves, and mix evenly. Add some salt and pepper, continue to mix then add the can of tomato paste and bread crumbs, mix, then add the egg and mix, set aside.

Dice up the tomato and onions, set aside.

In a frying pan begin to brown the bacon, once you get a fully cooked bacon, set aside and place the tomatoes and onion, allow for some carmelization.

In a bread pan, add half of the meat mix, rub in some olive oil and create a small pocket. In the pocket layer the american cheese, then add bacon, then add a layer of swiss cheese, then add ham, then layer mozzorella cheese then add the onion and tomatoe mixture. Top off with the remaining meat, pack in neatly. Pure some balsamic vinegar on top and place in an 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, check on the meat loaf, then place for an additional 30 minutes.

You then can add either ketchup on top or sour cream...

Enjoy!!!
