LOW CALORIE CHICKEN DISH
1/2 c. butter
Salt %26amp; pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts, cut up
1/4 c. flour
2 green pepper
Mushrooms
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
2 c. chicken stock
Heat pan. Add butter, peppers, onion and celery. Brown, then add chicken stock. Cook. Add chicken and flour. Simmer. Add pasta and a little green pepper.

1 sm. head of cabbage
1 lg. onion
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. rice (Minute Rice)
1 can water
Put in layers and bake at 350 degrees until done.
WHAT ABOUT PIZZA
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 oz. chopped onion
3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 c. mushroom pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic salt, onion salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 c. (cooked) noodles
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Spray 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Brown meat, drain and add spices and sauce and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes.
Put noodles in bottom of glass pan, pour sauce mixture over noodles; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then with Parmesan cheese last. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.

Sesame Chicken (199 CAL...23 FAT CAL)

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
1Cut chicken breast into 1 inch strips.
2Heat a large non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with Pam, over medium-high heat.
3Cook chicken strips for about 6 minutes until no longer pink.
4Mix together honey, soy sauce, water, corn starch, ginger and red pepper flakes.
5Whisk until no corn starch lumps appear.
6Pour sauce mixture into skillet with chicken.
7Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
8You can add more water if sauce is too thick.
9Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
10Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce.
