What are some good grill recipes (red meat)?

I have a grill planned tonight and I want to hear some ideas and maybe try some new things. Over here cow meat is the only kind of meat, so I'll stay put there.

no chicken, salmon, corn

Thank you

I really appreciate your help. What are some good grill recipes (red meat)?
marinate some sauce; cajon pepper, red pepper, green pepper, onoin, garlic, tomatoe paste, butter, thyme, and a lil bit of brown sugar. once u've blended all those things in the blender, pour the sauce over ur meat of choice! or get a bbq brush and brush the sauce over the meat while it's grilling maybe evry 5 mins.

oh and to give it that nice smell that pple go crazy fo, u might wanna do take dry leaves and put them to the bottom of the grill then light them on fire!

down here in jost van dyke we use fresh ketch goat or freshly caaught fish! What are some good grill recipes (red meat)?
Too bad you don't like lamb, because boned butterflied leg of lamb is incredible on the grill! ..... You could marinate a rolled rump roast (or pork tenderloins) and do them on the rotisserie on the grill. Skirt %26amp; flank steaks are good, but better if you marinate them overnight:) .....We really just like thick ribeyes and I like Lawry's marinades (especially Baja Chipolte, hickory or mesquite). Don't forget to use smoking chips (charcoal) or smoking pellets (gas)
This might sound weird, but to take a chuck steak, soak it several hours or overnight is even better, in soy sauce. Grill it to medium rare (or medium if you like it that way). Surprisingly, it is pretty dang good for a cheap cut of meat. Nothing like a good ribeye, but makes a nice meal.
