Maybe it's a stained rice. In a green salad.
It's Cajun. It has chicken gizzards, liver, heart in it. I would try one of the gourmet instant brands first. I have a recipe if ya want me to type it out just email me. I don't care to eat it but, I know how to make it.
Meatloaf is healthier made with ground turkey. I like to either mix it with a package of thawed spinach and seasonings or with cut up celery, onions and stuff. I always add bread crumbs, egg, milk, garlic topped with a katchup mixture.
